New school vs neo-traditional: what’s the difference?
Both use bold outlines and rich colour, but new school is more exaggerated, cartoonish and dynamic, while neo-traditional stays rooted in illustrative realism and classic motifs. Neo-traditional keeps realistic anatomy and classic subjects, a rose still looks like a rose, rendered with painterly depth. New school deliberately breaks realism: heads get bigger, perspective warps, colours go fluorescent, and the whole piece feels like a frame pulled from a cartoon or a graffiti wall. Who tattoos new school at our studio?

Before tattooing he was a breakdance champion in Thailand and a rapper, and his friend and mentor, the Spanish artist Victor Chil, is one of the references of the style worldwide. You pay for the time actually spent, under a maximum agreed before we start.
