Who is Hack?

Hack is a Sak Yant, Blackwork and Old School tattoo specialist at BKK INK, with the studio since 2012, fourteen years on the team. He is one of two artists at the studio who carry the Sak Yant tradition alongside bold black-ink work.

He started out almost twenty years ago, beginning as an apprentice in a tattoo shop, making the stencils and assisting the tattoo artist, who taught him the craft little by little. He also trained at Kai, where he met Mor, before joining BKK INK.

What styles does Hack tattoo?

Hack specialises in Sak Yant, Blackwork and Old School tattooing. Sak Yant is the Thai tradition of sacred geometric tattooing, yantra designs, Khom script and protective figures that carry blessings and meaning rather than being purely decorative.

Done properly, Sak Yant is as much about respect for the tradition as technique, and the geometry must be exact. At our studio it is applied with a machine and fully sterile, single-use equipment. Explore it on our Sak Yant tattoo Bangkok page.

Why does Sak Yant need a trained hand?

A yantra is a precise composition of lines, dots and sacred script, any slip in symmetry or spacing breaks both the look and the meaning. That is why Sak Yant rewards years of specialist practice, not just steady hands.

Hack pairs that tradition with solid, evenly packed blackwork and classic bold-outline old school, giving clients the visual heritage with proper modern hygiene at every station.

What makes Hack's Sak Yant authentic?

Hack's authority rests on time and lineage: nearly twenty years in the craft, an apprenticeship that started with stencils, and training at Kai, a pioneer of Thai tattooing, where he met Mor. That grounding shows in the exact geometry a yantra demands and in the patient, even packing of his blackwork.

He carries the sacred Sak Yant tradition as one of two dedicated Sak Yant hands in a studio with 57 international convention awards since 2009, applying every design with a machine and fully sterile, single-use equipment.
